Creating a world without registry is now possible, also UX improvements to the World Editor

Lots of changes, most of them UX related.
The big change is that it is now possible to create a world without an account. You must sign up to save or upload resources. Unregistered builders can download their world file and upload it to continue working without signing up, if they so choose.
The look and feel of tooltips have been improved substantially.
A smoky fog effect appears in the world builder when a room or layer is not selected, making it easier to tell whether you are editing at the world/room/layer level. This may be tweaked depending on feedback.
When you create a new room, a layer called "main" is now automatically created. Hopefully this helps new players understand what layers are supposed to be for.
The Gate toolbar is highlighted if you don't have any Gates in a layer. Also Gates have been renamed Entrance/Exit Gates, which should be clearer to new players.
After uploading packages to your filesystem once, you can update them by clicking the "Update Package" button instead of having to save over them in the filesystem. They still update automatically when you save your world data.
Passing through a Gate with no set destination while in the World Editor will automatically reopen the World Editor.
Changed some colors. Read-only imported objects are now orange instead of red (some people thought that the red suggested something was wrong with them). Also added more colors for flowcharts.
Some buttons look nicer.
Lots of textboxes and tooltips have been changed to hopefully make things clearer for new players.
Text compression in lists has been removed for now, but text boxes are bigger to reduce the problem of text jumping to new lines.
